Hi friends – several weeks ago I wrote a very controversial column about women in the military.  I argue that women have a valuable role to play in the military, but NOT on the front lines.  (In a volunteer military, we have no business sending young mothers off to fight why the guys safely tend the homefires back here.)

Anyway, there’s a very interesting piece in today’s USA Today that speaks to this issue. (Yes, guys suffer post traumatic stress disorder too, though it appears at lower rates than women do.)
