Is he/she on the sex offender registration list, do 15 women have restraining orders against him, has he been sued several times in civil court for failure to honor a contract, has he ever been arrested, etc. It's amazing what you can find out about someone with just a little bit of research. Everyone has a past. Most people don't take the time or effort, thinking they could never be duped. These are the same people who are ripe to win the Canadian Lottery or get a windfall inheritance from Nigeria. Do some real homework and throw the "romance novel" in the trash.
